Refund policy

At Islam Khalil Designs, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help. 

Eligibility for Returns:
- Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery (check your order confirmation for delivery date).
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging.

How to Return:

2. Ship the Item Back: Once we’ve approved your return, pack the item securely and ship it back to the address we provide.
3. Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items).

Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 2 working days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges:
- To exchange for a different size, color, or product, simply contact us at info@islamkhalildesigns.com or 0020-1208596511, and we’ll handle your exchange process. We’ll assist you in selecting your preferred item and guide you through the next steps.
